Paris Pharmacy Picks

Paris Drugstore Haul
Paris is so beautiful, even their pharmacies are a dream to shop in. Here are 7 of my favorite items that I have been using and loving until now!

1. Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentrate
This concentrated cream is one of the best moisturizers I have ever tried. I traveled to 0 degree Celsius weather and never experienced dry skin as I layered this under my sunblock. Thick, creamy and can be used from your face to your knees, this is is definitely one drugstore haul where you get your money’s worth

2. Bioderma
This has to be at the top of all must-buy lists at Paris drugstores and if you’ve read our previous beauty articles, you know we are big fans. One of the best cleanser/first step skin care out there, no surprise this has a cult following.

3. Nuxe Lip Balm
Although the Nuxe Oil is a classic drugstore buy, for hot and humid weather like the Philippines, oil can be a little thick to use daily. Don’t get me wrong - the oil works wonders, especially if you apply a little on your hair. But for this list, the Nuxe Lip Balm takes it's spot. It glides on seamlessly and effectively prevents chapping - trust me, I have very dry lips. One of the favorite things I brought home from Paris!

4. Clarins Facial Cleanser
An uncomplicated facial wash that just leaves you feeling clean and fresh. Perfect for the morning wash after your night routine or for washing your face in between flights or in the middle of the day. Mild, moisturizing and smells marvelous.

5. La Roche Posay Sunblock
The Anthelios is the cult favorite for beauty bloggers but this mama bought a big tube of the kids version so me and my bubba can share ;) One of, if not the best sunblock out there. Also a friendly reminder to wear sunscreen daily! Sunscreen in general is the most underrated anti-aging product.

6. Klorane Dry Shampoo
Having wavy hair, I try not to shampoo daily to my dislike. Thank goodness for dry shampoos to get me through non-wash days. I read that 1 bottle of Klorane is sold every 9 seconds so I had to try this. This really lives up to the hype! It leaves a white powdery mist at first application but once you massage it in your hair, it feels like you just freshly washed it!

7. Caudalie Beauty Elixir Facial Mist
I’m a facial mist skeptic (I can’t stop thinking it’s just water haha) but this one has made me a believer. It helps keeps my face moisturized throughout the day and it smells incredible too!
