The Easiest Lemon Butter Garlic Fish

This dish is definitely one easy and very tasty fish dish. If you're pressed for time and are having guests over, this would be a a nice quick and rather elegant dish to serve. If you're just plain hungry and looking for new ways to cook fish - then this is your dish! Read on to see how to prepare it.

Ingredients : 2 Slices of Fillet Fish (for this recipe I used the one you can find in local grocery stores called "Katambak"; you can also use cod); salt, slices of garlic, lemon, butter, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and parsley.

Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper on all sides

Pan Fry the fillets on both sides until cooked and golden - about 4-5 minutes per side.

Set aside the cooked fish in a pretty fish dish or any serving dish that you have.

In the same pan, saute the sliced garlic for a few minutes.

Add butter into the pan. Note : the heat must be off when you put the butter. The pan should be hot hot enough to melt the butter and not burn it.

Squeeze about half a lemon all over the butter and garlic and mix together well.

Add in a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and mix well.

Pour the mixture all over the fish.

Top everything with parsley. (I used some dried ones, if you can find some fresh ones then that would even be better!)
