Choco Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites

It's when we want a snack that we tend to grab unhealthy food like chips and sweets. We're totally guilty of that here. That's why we've been scouring for easy no-bake yummy healthy goodies online to make for when we get the munchies. These Choco Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites are one of the recipes we tried and tweaked based on these energy bites
Ingredients:

(makes 14 bites)
1 cup whole rolled oats (or old fashioned oats)
1/4 cup agave syrup (or honey)
3 tablespoons peanut butter (we used creamy but you can use crunchy)
2 tablespoons dark chocolate powder or raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds
4 easy steps:
1. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl

2. Cover with a clear plastic or cling wrap and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes

3. After, chilling, take 1 tablespoon portions and roll into a ball
4. Store the Choco Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites in airtight container (keep refrigerated for up to 1 week).
When using rolled oats, these balls tend to be on the firm side so if you want it more chewy, you can add more peanut butter and agave syrup to the consistency you like.
