The 7 Cooks : A Pasta Dish With Asiago Cheese

If you haven't tried Asiago cheese - then I suggest you should! It was one of our favorite cheeses to put in all our cheese platters during the holiday season. It's mild tasting and really delicious. If you happen to have some extra ones lying around then they make for a really good pasta dish too! Check out how we made some angel hair pasta with Asiago.

You will need some cream, chicken breasts, angel hair pasta, thyme, asiago, prosciutto (or bacon if you prefer it), tomatoes, garlic and onions.

Cut up the chicken breast and cook in pan with olive oil. Make sure you season your chicken with salt and pepper.
