The7 Cooks: Breakfast Chia Pudding
I personally love eating dessert for breakfast, but it's not exactly a healthy way to start your morning. Thankfully, there are so many healthy options out there that make you enjoy sweets like chocolate and peanut butter without the guilt! Chia pudding is a favorite breakfast option as it so easy to make, and packed with fiber, protein and omega-3 fat. Plus it's a perfect base to add different flavors to - like chocolate & peanut butter!
