I personally love eating dessert for breakfast, but it's not exactly a healthy way to start your morning. Thankfully, there are so many healthy options out there that make you enjoy sweets like chocolate and peanut butter without the guilt! Chia pudding is a favorite breakfast option as it so easy to make, and packed with fiber, protein and omega-3 fat. Plus it's a perfect base to add different flavors to - like chocolate & peanut butter!
CHOCO PEANUT BUTTER BREAKFAST CHIA PUDDING

1/4 cup chia seeds
3/4 cup non-fat milk (or full fat, soy, coconut, almond or any you prefer!)

1 teaspoon peanut butter, melted (microwave on Medium for 10 seconds)
1 teaspoon maple syrup (better if organic or Grade B)
Sprinkle of Sea Salt
1. Combine the milk, cocoa powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, chia seeds and sprinkle a bit of salt
2. Whisk until it's fully combined.
3. Pour into a jar or mug and cover.

(You may add toppings like chocolate or peanuts or more maple syrup if you want to sweeten it. I enjoy eating it as is :)
